The Agri-Food Diversity & Inclusion Forum was established with the clear purpose to advance the diversity & inclusion agenda in the Irish Food and Drink sector, with an initial focus on gender diversity. We want to ensure that Food & Drink is the industry of choice in Ireland for the brightest and best talent.

With this in mind, we introduce you to our case study series, a collection of industry examples designed to help and inspire you to advance your company’s Diversity & Inclusion agenda, attract the best talent and ultimately, improve your business outcomes. In this series, we will spotlight brilliant role models and initiatives taking place in a diverse range of organisations across the country.
